While most students are focused on the completion of the new building, Bicentennial Hall, few students realize that another area has undergone a major renovation.

Sheridan Hall, predominantly populated by underclassmen, now houses a brand new fourth floor, which includes a study lounge and two giant rooms, each filled with five girls.
Upperclassmen residents Cara Heisey, Kaela Smeresky, Jillian Cardinale, Ashlee Stoner and Amanda Kingston enjoy one of those rooms and the perks that come with living on the fourth floor.
Among these perks is a private bathroom just for the girls and a study lounge with brand new carpeting.
The fourth floor is quiet and serene. Being so high up has its advantages, as no outside noise or loud neighbors disturb the residents.
When you enter Sheridan 402, you first notice all five of the girls' closets and shelves with some of their belongings.
Then as you start to venture into the room, you come across each of the girls' bedrooms, which are separated by Plexi Glass.
The inside of the room is split into five parts. Each section reflects the personality of its inhabitant.
Movie posters and music posters line the freshly painted walls, and conditions are far from cramped as is the case in many older rooms around campus.
Splashes of color are found within each section. Each resident has a bright bedspread and a bright color motif.
However, as with any seemingly ideal living conditions, there are some drawbacks.
"There is no kitchen, and we only have one door. Everyone living on the lower floors has two doors," Smeresky said, referring to the limited entrances to the fourth floor of Sheridan.
Despite these drawbacks, the girls seem to love their new room.
